Monica Escudero is a spiritual teacher with more than 16 years of Clairvoyant training and practice, is a student practitioner of homeopathy, and is a Practitioner in the Healing Arts as defined by California’s Health Freedom Law, Business and Professions Code §2053.5.  I acknowledge that Monica Escudero is not a licensed physician and that Rodasii, LLC is not licensed to practice medicine.  The Services are never to be construed as providing medical advice, therapy or treatment, or financial advice.

The “Services” rendered by Monica Escudero of Rodasii, LLC may include, but are not limited to: animal and human communication via clairvoyant, telepathic and psychic techniques, methods and means; animal and human relationship/behavior analysis and solutions; overcoming blocks to increase understanding; animal and human spiritual healing; improving continuity of owner and the animal; animal and human health issues/concerns and suggested homeopathic solutions; passing over of animal and human souls; integration of animal into a herd or pack; facilitation of working through animal and human trauma; energetic home clearing; assistance with compatible animal selection for the owner; spiritual communication with deceased animals and humans; and teaching spiritual/self-development classes. AI-assisted summaries are generated to review sessions and recommendations, and track progress across sessions.

In consideration Services rendered to me and/or my animals, I agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend Monica Escudero and Rodasii, LLC from any and all claims relating to the Services.  I further agree to release, waive and forever discharge Monica Escudero and Rodasii, LLC from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of, or relating to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by me, to my animal(s) and/or property, resulting from and/or relating to the Services.  I voluntarily assume all responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage, or personal injury that may be sustained by me and/or my animal, resulting from and/or relating to the Services.  Furthermore, I agree that the amount awarded to me in any legal proceeding for any permitted claim shall be limited to the amount of compensation I have paid for the Services.

Unless I expressly decline after being provided 15-days' notice via text, phone or email, I hereby grant Rodasii, LLC the irrevocable right and permission to use my, and/or my animal’s, likeness, image, photo, audio recording and video recording, relating to the Services for public educational and marketing purposes excluding, however, human readings and healings which shall remain confidential. I acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is entered into in Santa Cruz County, California and applies to all past, present, and future Services from Monica Escudero and/or Rodasii, LLC.  I acknowledge and represent that I have read, understand and execute this Agreement freely and voluntarily.
