Monica Escudero has a BS in Pre-Medicine/Kinesiology/Exercise Science/Sports Performance, a Masters in Kinesiology/Biomechanics/Sports Performance, 35+ years in biomechanics/sports performance/conditioning/injury prevention, 17+ years of Clairvoyant studies and Animal Communication and practice, current Student Practitioner in Animal Homeopathy, and is a Practitioner in the Healing Arts as defined by California’s Health Freedom Law, Business and Professions Code §2053.5.  

I acknowledge that Monica Escudero is not a licensed physician, that Rodasii, LLC is not licensed to practice medicine, and the Services are not understood to be medical advice, therapy or treatment, or financial advice.  The “Services” rendered by Monica Escudero of Rodasii, LLC may include, but are not limited to: animal and human communication via clairvoyant techniques; methods and means; improving animal and human sports performance; mental imagery; human sports specific conditioning; animal and human relationships; behavior analysis and solutions; overcoming blocks to increase understanding; animal and human trauma healing; improving continuity of owner and the animal; animal and human health issues/concerns and suggested homeopathic solutions and nutritional needs; integration of animal into a herd; and assistance with purchasing a compatible animal selection for the owner.

In consideration of the Services rendered to me and/or my animals, I agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend Monica Escudero and Rodasii, LLC from any and all claims relating to the Services.  I agree to release, waive and forever discharge Monica Escudero and Rodasii, LLC from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of, or relating to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by me, to my animal(s) and/or property, resulting from and/or relating to the Services.  I voluntarily assume all responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage or personal injury that may be sustained by me and/or my animal, resulting from and/or relating to the Services.  I agree that any amount awarded against Monica Escudero and Rodasii, LLC in any legal proceeding for any permitted claim shall be limited to the amount of compensation I have paid for the Services.

Unless waived, which shall be done within 15-days of execution of this Agreement, I hereby grant Rodasii, LLC the irrevocable right and permission to use my, and/or my animal’s, likeness, image, photo, audio recording and video recording, relating to the Services for public educational and marketing purposes.  

I acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is entered into in Santa Cruz County, California, legal venue, and applies to all past, present, and future Services from Monica Escudero and/or Rodasii, LLC.  I acknowledge and represent that I have read, understand and execute this Agreement voluntarily.
